So, Mitt, you say no one has ever asked to see your birth certificate? Really? Of course not! Because where else but in America could a rich white kid grow up to run for president and cite as his primary accomplishment a business career in which he made millions closing factories and shipping jobs overseas? Where else but in America would a candidate for the highest office in the land brag about how he used every accounting trick in the book to avoid taxes so he could pay a lower tax rate than the guy who services his wife's two Cadillacs? Where else but in America would the same rich guy run for president while promising to slash food aid for the poor, tuition grants for college students and take away medical care for 30 million people, all while proposing a tax cut for himself? And finally, where else but in America would a guy whose own dad was born into a polygamist cult in Mexico feel free to crack a joke to pander to racist conspiracy nuts who insist the country's first black president is secretly an Islamic terrorist born in Kenya? Oh, and one more thing. As an all American white boy who, like Obama, was born in Hawaii in the 1960s, I just want to say, fu** you Mitt Romney and the limo you rode in on with Donald Trump.
